Dear Valued CFG customer,

Should a product require a warranty claim, kindly follow the following steps.

1) Kindly contact your Sales Rep for immediate attention to the issue. Alternatively, you can send your support request at care@critical-facility.com

2) Our technical support will assist you on how to do quick data gathering to determine the issue.

3) If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will recommend using the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) module.

4) Our technical support will advise to return the suspected faulty unit to 22 Changi Business Park Central 2, Unit 02-07. Singapore 486032. For overseas shipment, we dealt with FedEX, DHL, UPS etc. The shipping cost will be borne by customer to CFG.

5) We will do the necessary diagnostic, repair or replacement and notify when the unit is ready for collection. No loaner unit will be provided unless contracted.

6) If the unit is to be found to be faulty due to manufacturing reason, CFG will ship the unit back to the registered address in the RMA form.

6a) If the unit is found to be faulty due to mishandling or improper installation for example, we will notify the client and the client may choose to collect the unit from CFG under customer own cost.
